Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices are listed as and charged in US Dollars (USD). If you are ordering and paying in your country's currency, please calculate your conversion carefully before placing an order with us. Future Relics is not responsible for any difference in prices based on your country’s conversion rates.
Please note that all Canadian orders are subject to full sales taxes based on the province of delivery.
For orders outside of Canada, please note that all orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an order outside of Canada, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs polices and import duties differ from country to country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Future Relics aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your full-priced item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All item(s) returned must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return or exchange. Item(s) must be in its original and unused condition and packaging, with original hangtags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item back to us.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, a full refund or store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com with subject line [Return Request - Order #] within 3 days of product delivery.
- Include details and photos of the items being returned and/or exchanged for documentation.
- If return/exchange is approved, our team will send a Return Authorization # to include in your shipment back to us.
- Note that we have the right to refuse any returned garments if it fails to comply within our return policy.
All refunds will be issued once we have reviewed and approved your returned items. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
